General: I’m from Washington state, but I’m currently attending college at Oregon State University where I’m studying to become a Chemical Engineer. I love a vast array of random things: my boyfriend, math, rain, the Pacific Northwest, crafting (anything from scrapbooking to knitting), my football teams (the Seattle Seahawks and OSU Beavers), chemistry, Disneyland, coffee, chocolate, dresses, book stores, reading, being lazy, traveling, board games, sending cute letters, bicycling, golfing, camping… I’ll stop now before I go on forever!
Music: Some of my favorites are 3OH!3, Breathe Carolina, A Day to Remember, This Providence, Panic! At the Disco, Fun., Joshua Radin, Keith Urban, Maroon 5, Mayday Parade, Justin Timberlake, and Queen. I like acoustic music and a few musicals, too.
Books: I’m definitely Harry Potter obsessed. Other than that, I love some random contemporary fiction novels like The Kite Runner, Sarah’s Key, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and Life of Pi. I also love The Hunger Games, The Great Gatsby, Go Ask Alice, Flat-Out Love, and some random Young Adult books (including anything by Sarah Dessen).
Movies: I love Disney (my favorites are Aladdin, Tangled, and The Emperor’s New Groove). Johnny Depp movies are great, too – specifically Blow and Edward Scissorhands are my favorites. I also enjoy The Phantom of the Opera, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mean Girls, The Ringer, and The Breakfast Club.
Television: I watch TV too much for my own good! I watch Degrassi, The Guild, Law and Order: SVU, old nicktoons, Saved by the Bell, Project Runway, Gossip Girl, L.A. Complex, 90210, The Big Bang Theory, Futurama, crime shows, and pretty much anything on HGTV.

How many penpals do you have? I’m not positive of the exact number!
Snail mail or e-mail? Snail mail only, please. It’s so much more fun!
How long are your letters? It depends. I make them however long – it mostly matters what I’m talking about or replying to.
How long does it take you to reply? Never more than a week or two!
Where would you like them to be from? Anywhere is fine.
Age preference? I don’t mind too much. Probably 17+.
What are you looking for? Someone who at shares at least a couple of my interests! And someone who enjoys receiving (and sending, maybe/hopefully) things with letters, like stickers or pictures or small things I might make that will fit into a normal sized envelope. I also LOVE postcards and might send them when I travel.
